software. You can, for instance, easily relocate items from pick to bulk locations,
automatically repack pallets and decide where stock should be located. Furthermore,
cross-docking, changing production methods and replenishment are standard functions
in the software. When a process or production order is complete, this is reported
automatically and stocks are altered instantly. Moreover, you can indicate in which
zone or range an item’s standard location is situated. All this information in Easy
Logistics enables you to determine the content per pallet and the total content
of the warehouse. This way you can make optimal use of your warehouse. In addition,
orders that are to be dispatched are collected speedily and, thanks to clear registration,
errors in order picking are reduced to a minimum.
Complete management information
Each item relocation in the warehouse is instantly processed, as Easy Logistics
is fully integrated into Exact Globe. Subsequently all relevant item information,
such as location, shelf life and fragility, are linked to the software. You also
have permanent access to extensive management information, such as stock turnover
rate or the number of picked orders per warehouse worker per day. Business processes

final products.
Real-time registration with radio frequency
Easy Logistics offers the possibility to work with radio frequency (RF), enabling
each warehouse transaction to be automatically registered in the Exact database
in real-time. This means that you do not have to download or upload orders from
the terminal into your computer. You can constantly continue to work with a bar
code scanner. As data from the warehouse are processed in real-time, you can monitor
the flow of goods continuously. Warehouse workers are no longer delayed because
of an administration that is not up-to-date. As you can deploy several hand-held
terminals at the same time, your capacity is higher, resulting in orders being dealt

Time and cost savings
As soon as pallets are received they are divided among warehouse workers. They register
