Before beginning any new work with a client we will always undertake a Business Analysis, involving an indepth investigation by a Senior Consultant / Project Manager into your business, its current processes and administration, and your future requirements. This vital first step creates a solid foundation for all subsequent projects, and ensures each project is always effectively Project Managed.
Upon completion of the Business Analysis, a Summary Report can be delivered, providing detail into the findings of the investigation, and recommendations as to the next steps.
