The challenge The de-merger decision resulted in the need for the Hudson European Region to acquire and implement a new finance system. SEC regulations demanded that all processes and financial data from TMP Worldwide’s IT infrastructure must be transferred to Hudson ’s own systems. A very demanding timetable was set to select, procure and implement a finance system in 11 European countries. European-wide business processes and local accounting requirements needed to be understood and accommodated. A cost effective, easy-to-adopt system and implementation approach was required.
