Our implementations are fully project managed and follow our unique implementation methodology, minimising risk and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. Most importantly, it ensures you achieve your business objectives.
Several key elements are vital to provide a successful implementation:
Skills Transfer: We do not work behind closed door and request the involvement of our clients as much as possible. For every project we undertake we create a ‘Core Team’, comprising of our consultant(s) and your more experienced and dedicated users. This Core Team is present throughout the project, ensuring that skills and knowledge gained remain in house and can be disseminated to the end users, ultimately saving you time and money, and ensuring acceptance of the new system / development.
Prototyping: Before going live with any project we create a working prototype to be fully tested. Our consultant(s), together with the core team, have to prove that all processes and issues are covered by the new system. This will be demonstrated to the management of your organisation and ensures no surprises upon going live.
Project Plan: A full Project Plan can be delivered upon order assignment, detailing the activities to perform, planning for the project, the milestones and the capacity of the employees.
