Project Scope / Quick Scan

Upon order assignment your designated consultant will visit to perform a Project Scope / Quick Scan, where the following will be undertaken:

• Core Team creation: a team consisting of your internal super users, key decision makers, and your designated consultant(s) will be created;
• Project Definition: the project will be defined, including project milestones and the project goal;
• Planning: the necessary planning to ensure resource availability will be undertaken.
